Licenses, Updates, Support
This software is licensed for use by a single user. For sales teams, a license key is required by each member of the sales team - a team with five members would require five license keys.
Under the license agreement that you completed when installing this software you can:
- Use the software for up to 7 days or 50 uses without a license key
- Use the software beyond the initial period by purchasing and entering a license key
- Install the software for your own use on any computers that you use (office, laptop, and home for example)
- Get free updates
- Get email support and answerers to your questions
Under the license agreement that you completed when installing this software you cannot:
- Allow others to use this software
- Make your license key available to others
- Sell or re-distrubte the software or your license key
New release upgrades are free for Version Licenses and Liftetime Licences
A release is denoted by [Version.Release]. For example, a Version 11 License holder or a Lifetime License holder could upgrade from v11.00 to v11.10 for free.
New version upgrades are free for Lifetime Licenses
Upgrading between versions and releases is free for Lifetime Licenses. Fore example, upgrading from Desktop Sales Office v10 to v11 was free.
A holder of a a Desktop Sales Office Version 11 license could upgrade to v12 by either buying a v12 License or a Lifetime License.
Obtaining a license key
You can obtain a Version or Lifetime license key through the online store at the Software on Sailboats website. The license key will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase.
Note that the software is only available via downloads - not via CD, DVD, etc.
Email support
The Software On Sailboats website provides a contact form and an online support center for email support. Lifetime License users get free email support.
