Email Server For Google Gmail

To send email from the program to your customers via your Gmail account, you must setup a connection between the program and your Google Gmail account.

The program provides a shortcut button Set Google GMAIL SMTP Server Settings to save time configuring the program to send your outbound email via Google's Gmail server.

1. Press the Set Google GMAIL SMTP Server Settings button
2. Enter your email address (like firstname.lastname@gmail.com )
3. Enter your Google Gmail user name (probaby the same as your email account address )
4. Enter your Google Gmail password
5. Press Save Outbound Email Configuration (saves this information to your PC)
6. Best practice: Insure that your ability to send outbound email works by sending a test email via the Send Test Email button.
