Deals in the Deals list are exported. Deals that are in your pipeline but filtered from the Deal list are not exported.

You can export contact information for use outside of Desktop Sales Office - for email or printed mailings, or for import into other programs like Microsoft Outlook or Excel.

Contacts displayed in the Contacts list are exported. Contacts that are in your pipeline but filtered/hidden from the Contact list are not exported.

Selecting Deals or Contacts is a powerful and important part of using this program. Many of the things you want to do with this program are based upon the items selected. Some examples:
