I've been using VanillaSoft for my team of telemarketers to make appointments for several sales teams, but the costs of VS are bothering me.
You've done a superb job of designing a CRM piece for salespeople, and I'd like to know if we can take it into a slightly different direction - telemarketing for teams.
In order to replace VanillaSoft or iTMS my team would like:
1- integration with a VOIP system like Skype;
2- predictive dialing (this is less important than the other features);
3- a way for me to assign specific leads to specific users;
4- a way for me to track my users' activities
