A new version of Desktop Sales Office v11 Beta has been posted. Click here for downloading. This version is very close to final release. It is now the recommended version for downloading. Users of Mobile Sales Office will still use Desktop Sales Office v10 until it has been upgraded as well.
You should be able to run Desktop Sales Office v10 and v11 on the same computer.

The Ping operation is used to insure that your computer can connect to Software On Sailboat's @Cloud. The Ping diagnostic button is located in Files (Backstage) ==> @Cloud. It checks for:
@Cloud is Internet storage for your sales information - deals and contacts - that is provided by Software On Sailboats. Just as you can save your sales pipeline file to your local disk drive or to a network disk drive, you can also save your data to your own database on the Internet in @Cloud. You don't need to set up servers or web hosting - we've done that already.
@Cloud Connection
Use Files (Backstage) ==> @Cloud tab to set up your @Cloud connection and manage your database. Once setup, you can save or open your data from @Cloud.
