Microsoft Word RTF files

How do I read and save a RTF file so it holds the original format of the Word document. In your YouTube video you show an example of inserting a RTF file with data links to your contact file as well as you have two graphics. I'm trying to figure out how to get my RTF files to hold their format from Word. They just don't . Did you use a program other than Word to create your original RTF?

Setup for AutoDialing via a modem

I'm trying to figure out how to get the Calls & Research function to work for me so I can make and record calls.When I click on the phone number it comes back with a message "You must set the auto dialing information via Preferences". I did everything except put in a COM port as I don't know what com port to use. In windows 7, the internet modem's driver was automatically loaded. I looked at the System file and see it's on interrupt 15 but no-where does it state what com port. So, where DSM asks for Com Port in Preferences, what do I tell it?

Dell - you lost me. A love story gone wrong...

If you live in Austin, Texas like I do and are an unrepentant geekologist like I am, then Dell is the 800lb gorilla in every room, street, neighborhood, community, city, county and (in the case of Tejas) redneck, evolution-fearing state. It's a big'un, no doubt. So it isn't exactly rocket surgery to figure out that almost all of our computers bear the Dell logo. And they should - good products, well supported, and good value means happy campers. So when it came time to buy a new laptop, Dell had me at 'Hello'.

And that's when the trouble started.
