Thank you for sorting this for me. I have only one problem with this. The reason I purchased the template manager is so that I could add one column to the contact information so that I can import web address when inputting contacts. I don't seem to be able to add a column so I can view the contact web address. Can you help me with this as no matter what I do with the template manager I cant get it to do this. I just want the standard template with one extra column with "web address in it" I need this for reasearch and also selecting from .co.uk or .eu and sorting client lists, for example. C

When we have a deal sometimes the deal will take a few day to be process or to be approve by the insurance underwriters so I need to have an active tab waiting for approve or within the lead. In other words by looking at all lead or deals I need to know who is pending and who is approve. I dont know if you have that right now but I dont see it. Also can I change the tag or name with in the contact information window?

We are a small company and have a need for a contact recording system for our 8 mobile sales staff (reps). Our requirements are based around a need to keep a contact history against our customers who will have multiple people within the organisation who we deal with.

Is it possible to search using several fields? for example: search for all companies in a specific SIC code, where the field for telephone number is empty?
