You can efficiently update information in both @Cloud and on the pipeline file stored on your PC.

When Connected, the operations New, Change, and Delete are automatically applied to deals and contacts in your @Cloud database as well as to your pipeline data stored on your PC.

Connecting and Disconnecting Pressing the @Cloud button toggles between connected operations and local-only operations. Your must have a connection to @Cloud and a database setup via Preferences.

@Cloud is a tool that can be used in different ways. Below are a few of many applications.

@Cloud is Internet storage for your sales information - deals and contacts - that is provided by Software On Sailboats. Just as you can save your sales pipeline file to your local disk drive or to a network disk drive, you can also save your data to your own database on the Internet in @Cloud. You don't need to set up servers or web hosting - we've done that already.

@Cloud Connection

Use Files (Backstage) ==> @Cloud tab to set up your @Cloud connection and manage your database. Once setup, you can save or open your data from @Cloud.

The ribbon bar Show area check box Reminder enables or disables the display of:

• A start-of-appointment message when the appointment time is reached.
• A pre-appointment reminder that was set in the Appointment form Reminder field.

If this box is checked, then appointment reminders are displayed when the occur and start-of-event-messages are displayed. If it is un-checked, they are not displayed.
