Here is an example where five sales team members each have individual/free connections to their own databases. This means that one sales rep does not have visibility into the deals and contacts of any ohter sales rep. The sales manager has a paid subscription that allows connections to the databases of his sales team.

Here is one example of how a single sales person might easily share information with a their manager. For example, in a small company with one sales person, the company CEO might want to know what the sales outlook is.

In another two-person example, two sales peers may need to have visability into each others activites in order to avoid conflicts or duplication.

Deal and Contact pages allow you to list items in the selected pipelines.

• The lists can be sorted by clicking on the column headers
• Page through content using the page numbers below the column
• Content is displayed from selected databases

Filter and View

The filter tab allows you to setup a filter that is applied when the View tab is selected.

• Copies a pipeline file from your computer to @Cloud
• Inserts or merges the deals and contacts from the pipeline file into the selected databases
  • Upload empties all content from the database before inserting the uploaded deals and contacts.
  • Merge does NOT empty the database prior to inserting deals and contacts.

• Creates a pipeline file
• Inserts deals and contacts from each database you have selected
• Downloads the pipeline file to your computer

• Select the Download button

It is very common to need to combine several databases into a single collection of deals and contacts.
