Activity logging provides detailed records of what you you did and when you did it. The amount of information in your activity log can quickly become quite large and potentially slow down the program's performance. Each user must make their own decisions about whether to log activity and how long information should be allowed to accumulate.

How big is the log file, anyway?

The current size of the log file is displayed in the Activity Log ribbon tab under Log File Properties.

All of your activities are logged in a simple text file that is readily accessible. You can view the contents of the file via the Activity Log ribbon tab's Open Export button. The file will be opened with your computer's default program for viewing .CSV text files - Microsoft Excel, Notepad, Wordpad, etc.

The Activity file Activity.csv is located in the folder My Documents\Software On Sailboats.
